报告人简介：

Michael Orr is the Junior Research Group Leader, at State Museum of Natural History, Stuttgart, Germany. He is an interdisciplinary taxonomist broadly interested in the biodiversity of bees. As the Group Leader on Insect-Plant Interactions, Michael is working to better our global knowledge of bees. Currentprojects include the systematics and phylogenomic of solitary bees, bee distribution and conservation, the evolution of mimicry, and several new directions in genomics related to these and other topics. He has published over 100 articles on a wide range of topics, with leading roles on papers in journals including National Science Review, Current Biology, Nature Ecology & Evolution, Ecography, Bioscience, and Global Ecology and Biogeography.
